Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
Kirk (right) and Caroline (not pictured) Coughlin joined Kathleen Morgain (left) at the Inn at Crippen Creek Farm in Skamokawa a couple weeks ago for a cooking class with Don Speranza (center). Speranza showed the group how to make ravioli two ways: by hand and with a food processor. Either way, they were delicious. Speranza is self taught and offers a variety of fun classes on pasta, artisan bread, pizza, and croissants.
