Auction for local scholarships continues until June 11

Have you checked out the online auction organized by Wahkiakum Dollars for Scholars yet? They are hoping to raise $20,000 this year to continue to provide scholarships for Wahkiakum County students who want to further their education, whether at a two year, four year, or vocational school.

There are several fun items available. Overnight stays, dinners, seafood, cords of wood, an hour in flight with a recent Wahkiakum graduate, a handmade quilt or bench, and so much more.

The auction ends on June 11 at 6 p.m.
