Naselle baseball and softball post season

The Naselle High School baseball team advanced in the District 4 1B tournament with a 7-0 win on Monday. If they beat Mossyrock on Thursday, they will advance to the State 1B tournament. If they lose, they will have a crossover game in the District 1/2/4 1B tournament on May 13, which they will have to win to continue their season at the state tournament. The Comets are 10-3 overall and 4-1 in league play.

The district tournament for the Comet softball team begins on May 15. Naselle is currently in second place in the Columbia Valley league standings with a record of 4-2 in league and 6-7 overall.
