Holiday fun in Wahkiakum

A preschool class from St. James Family Center visited the McCoy Christmas Tree Farm on Fern Hill Road on Monday. Their teacher, Vicki Willette (not pictured,) talked to them about the different types of trees as they explored, and the trip ended with a hunt for candy canes hidden in the trees.

Vendors, buyers and lookers gathered in the new Rat Tap event center for Saturday shopping.
