Robert E. Kandoll, 66, of Kelso, died September 4, 2022 at the Veterans Hospital in Portland Oregon. A funeral service will be held at Valley Bible Church in Rosburg on Tuesday, September 13 at 1:00 p.m., with a Graveside Committal to follow at Seal River Cemetery. A full obituary will follow.
