What's happening at the Fair?

Greetings from the fair office; hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. Now it is time to start thinking about the fair; it is right around the corner and it is coming fast. Animal entries are due in my office by July 23. I am sorry to say but rabbits will not be allowed at the fair this year due to a disease they can spread. So if you were planning on bringing a rabbit to fair please call the office and I will let you know what to do. The new ramp is almost up on the T-Building and it is going to be awesome. We also have a walkway around the office so my office is accessible to everyone without having to climb stairs. I am still looking for vendors and entertainers. If you are interested please call the office and leave me a message. If you need to talk to me in person I am usually at the fairgrounds on Tuesdays from 4-7 p.m. (360)795-3480.

We have three young ladies running for fair royalty this year: Helen Lewis from the Skamokawa area, Ka'vi Welker from the Cathlalmet area and Madison Meyer from Puget Island. So get your Fair Season Pass from one of them and they will also soon be selling Raffle tickets for the fair raffle. I will let you all know what that is next week.

Don't forget to come to the farmers market on Tuesday nights from 4-7 p.m. We also open the youth building and have some of our flea market vendors there so come on down and get some treasures.

This Saturday is the flea market and the fair has part of an estate sale up for grabs so come get some treasures. Hope everyone has a wonderful week.
