Farmers market opens

Despite an earlier threat of rain, the weather was beautiful and the turnout was fine last Friday at the first Elochoman Marina Farmers Market and Trunk Sale of the season. Right: Nicole Emery of Daisy Chain Floral was all smiles as shoppers perused flowers, stones and crystals, and more at her table. The Master Gardeners from the Community Garden had lots of tomato starts and more for sale at their tables.
