Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
The Appelo Archives Center has announced that their Annual Harvest Auction will take place October 22-October 31. This gives participants a whole week of shopping for local art, items, dining, and more.
In order to comply with safety procedures, they have changed the event from a social gathering in person to an individual experience online.
It is their largest fundraising event of the year and donations are always welcomed.
They offer shipping on some of the items and all auction items will be available for in-person viewing at the archives.
Some of their donors include Don Nisbett Gallery, Fort George Brewery, The Old Fish Trap, Bridgewater Bistro, Joe’s Vintage, Time Enough Books, Willipa Brewery, Crown Alley Irish Pub, Holly McHone Jewelers, Finn Ware, Walmart, L&D Race Tech Inc., and many more.
The auction may be accessed at http://www.BiddingOwl.com/AppeloArchivesCenter.
The center is open Thursday – Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and by appointment.
