US Rep. Herrera Beutler to Host Telephone Town Hall with Public Health and Economic Assistance Experts on April 1

Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler will host a live telephone town hall on Wednesday, April 1 at 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time. This telephone town hall will feature experts who will provide information on public health and economic assistance for impacted workers and small businesses during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Herrera Beutler will be joined by special guests Clark County Public Health Officer, Dr. Alan Melnick; President of Columbia River Economic Development Council, Jennifer Baker; and CEO of Workforce Southwest Washington, Kevin Perkey

This event follows Congress passing and the president signing the phase 3 emergency relief package into law last Friday that includes extended unemployment benefits, $350 billion in additional small business assistance, and direct payments to middle-income Americans.
