Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
Tricks and treats were up for grabs at the annual Neewollah Day Celebration at the Bank of the Pacific last Thursday. Children, adults, and even some dogs came in costume. One participant, Henri Ervest, fully embraced his logger costume and attempted to cut down the bank's sign. There were balloon animals, a raffle and prizes, lots of candy, and to be sure, the piñata was a real hit. See more photos at http://www.waheagle.com.
