Coming Events--Community Center in Cathlamet

Since time immemorial, salmon have shaped the lives of the people who live in this region. Their importance cannot be understated, and their viability is imperative. Wahkiakum Outdoors has a presentation coming up next month regarding the future of salmon in Washington. If you have yet to attend one of these presentations, I highly encourage you to make this your first; November 12 at 6:30 p.m., in the Hope Center. This discussion will investigate the future of, arguably, the most epic creature.

The Community Center advisory committee will decorate the center for the holidays on Friday Nov. 22. It’s going to be a lot of fun, stop in and help us hang some ornaments or cut out some snowflakes.

This coming Wednesday Nov. 6 our local HCA representative Rochelle Cothren will be at the CC to help with WA health plan, Apple health and any submitted application corrections.
