Hospice Chaplain, Rea Trim, shares insight

Rea Trim loves to talk to groups about hospice and grief. Currently, she is working as a chaplain at Community Home Health and Hospice and is available for presentations on grief and hospice. She draws on personal experience with a touch of humor to connect with audiences in the same way she connects with patients and families during times of great stress. It’s that connection that lights her up. “I want to educate people about hospice so they have conversations about it earlier,” said Trim. “My wish for families is that they would transition to hospice care earlier, to a less hectic place of peace and support for the entire family.”
