Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
Tickets are on sale for the Wahkiakum Chamber of Commerce's 34th annual crab and oyster feed.
The event will be held February 16 at the Norse Hall, 444 SR409, on Puget Island. The feed has seatings at 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Tickets are $35 per person and are on sale at the Bank of the Pacific, Cathlamet Branch. If paying by check, make them payable to Wahkiakum Chamber of Commerce, and in the memo write “crab & oyster feed” and which seating is requested.
One may also mail payment to The Bank of the Pacific at PO Box 337, Cathlamet, WA 98612; organizers will hold the tickets at the door.
Proceeds go towards the Bald Eagle Days Fireworks. Bald Eagle Days is a Wahkiakum Chamber sponsored event.
The event is for persons age 21 and older. Beer and wine will be sold; diners may not bring their own alcohol. Diners should bring their own condiments and cracking tools.
There will also be raffles for a variety of prizes.
