Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
To The Eagle:
As longtime residents of Wahkiakum County, my husband and I see the value in qualified elected officials. County government is critical, but even more so in a small county such as ours. Strong relationships with the vast array of departments, knowledge of operations within the office, and ties to the community and its way of life are just a few qualities that Nicci Bergseng exhibits.
Often times the west end of this county feels overlooked, but Nicci has made sure to make her presence known. She has demonstrated that our little area on this side of the “mountain” will continue to see the quality service and attention that we so rightly deserve. Whether it be renewing vehicle tags or working with both my husband and I to receive our ballots when we head down south for the winter, I am so pleased with the level of experience she has shown.
Nicci has worked hard to make it where she’s at. The skillset she has is one that cannot be taught in an accounting class. Her customer service expertise paired with the ability to run a multi-functional office earns a successful grade in my book.
Nicci has both my and my husband’s support. I urge you to vote Nicci Bergseng in order to retain the highest quality auditor’s office Wahkiakum County has to offer.
