Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
The Wahkiakum Chamber board wants to see local storefronts filled, merchants happy and visitors big-eyed. The Chamber is looking to fill two board member positions on their Board of Directors. Ideally, they would like one of the spots to be filled by someone that lives or works in the west end of the county in Grays River or Rosburg as they strive to better represent the entire county and extend their connections. If your mission is inline with theirs this may be the position for you. Serving on the board is a rewarding experience and an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Board members are expected to volunteer their time, energy and resources to support the mission of the chamber. They are seeking an individual who will champion the chamber and will bring their talents to the table to further the success of the county.
If you are interested in becoming a board member or would like further information, stop by the chamber office at 102 Main St, Cathlamet, for an application, or contact Meg Morris at 360-795-9996.
