Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
Community Home Health & Hospice is offering on-going grief support groups for all ages throughout Cowlitz County. Join friendly, caring people who support each other through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Support groups are free of charge, open to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one and facilitated by staff and volunteers with specialized grief training. Participants have the freedom to discuss difficult topics in a safe, supportive environment.
“I don’t think we would have made it without this group. We were so overwhelmed after the death that we couldn’t even think. We came here and felt like there is someone who understands us. We have made connections and feel loved,” Deb, grief support group attendee. People are encouraged to drop-in to see if their support groups are the right fit. Registration is required 360-703-0300 or griefsupport@chhh.org.
