Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Council of Governments (CWCOG) as lead agency for the Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Planning Organization, invites the public to participate in an Accessible Transportation User Survey. Everyone who lives in Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, or Wahkiakum counties is strongly encouraged to participate. The survey results will be used to understand current and future transportation needs throughout the region for people with disabilities, seniors, young people, individuals with lower incomes, and others who depend on public transportation services.
The Accessible Transportation User Survey may be accessed online through the CWCOG Home Page (www.cwcog.org), or by visiting https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/AccessibleTransSurvey. The survey will be available online until June 22, 2018. Upon request, the survey is available on paper or in other languages. Questions may be directed to Ken Pearrow at CWCOG by regular mail at 207 4th Avenue North, Admin Annex, Kelso, WA 98626; via email to kpearrow@cwcog.org; or by FAX at (360) 214-3425.
Those needing special accommodations to participate in this process should call 360-577-3041 by 5:00 p.m., June 4, 2018. Ask for the ADA Coordinator. For TDD users, use the state's toll-free relay service, (800) 833-6388, and ask the operator to dial 360-956-7575.
