Lady Mules defeat Pe Ell, Timberwolves, Onalaska

“I thought we moved the ball really well on offense and we shot great,” Coach Rob Garrett said. “Macie (Elliott) had an awesome game with 11 assists. She did a great job getting her teammates open. I was also really excited with Maddy. I challenged her to shoot at least ten times and she killed it, ending up with 16 points. Ellie Leitz had a great game inside, hitting seven of nine.

Adding to Mace’s 16 points were Leitz, who finished the game with 15, Paige Mace with 12, and Elliott with 11. Mckensi Fluckiger added six, Charlie Ashe had five, Alex Watkins scored four, and Jansi Merz had two.

The team shot 48 percent from three point range and 51 percent inside the arc.
