Local sees protests in Barcelona

Returning recently from a trip to southeast Asia, Cathlamet resident Jim Kolberg stopped in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. He sent this photo and wrote, "Last night I arrived in Barcelona after flights from Perth, Australia. My Airbnb happens to be around the corner from Barcelona City Hall, and there's lots of political action." The capital of Catalonia, Barcelona has been the center of the region's separatist movement that has become a major crisis for Spain.
