Classical series kickoff at the Liberty Theatre September 23

The Portland Chamber Orchestra with Finnish Pianist Ruusamari Teppo and Music Director Yaacov Bergman, will be held September 23 at 4 p.m., at The Liberty Theater, 1203 Commercial St., Astoria with general admission of $30.
