What's happening at the Fair?

Greetings from the fair office! The Fair is here. Here is a list of things that will be at the fair this year:

Thursday August 17th is Senior Citizen day and all seniors 60 and over are free all day. 4-H events all day, The Museum of Curious Things, Layton Elliott, Model T rides, Train rides, Hope Guthrie, Fair Book dedication, The Fair Royalty crowning and the Russell Clementine Band.

Friday August 18th is Armed Forces Day. 4-H events all day, Museum of Curious Things, Model T Rides, Train Rides, Nekked Bonz & Dance Club, Walking West, Youth Market Sale, Sacred Road. The fair dance will take place at the Grange Hall from 9:30 to 12 a.m., anyone and everyone is welcome cost is $5 per person.

Saturday August 19th New this year it is Kids Day and Armed Forces Day. The first 100 kids through the gate will receive a free ice cream from the ice cream booth.

Saturday is a busy day starting with the kids parade, The Silver Buckle Series, The Reptile Road Show, 4-H activities, at noon is the Salmon BBQ, Horse Shoe Competition, the Nash Brothers, cribbage tournament, spelling bee, last on stage for the 2017 fair will be the Boondock Boys.

Fair Cost is Adults $4.00, High School Students $2.00 and Grade School $1.00.

Come and enjoy some good times at the fair. We have fair T-Shirts on sale for $10.00 in the office. And if you haven't seen the new bathrooms they are beautiful.
