Out of area teaching endorsements were also approved for the following teachers: Bruce, Hoagland, Hickman, Dalton, Macy, Smith, Shuang and Yu.

The board and superintendent’s goals for the 2017-18 school year were approved, along with supplemental contracts for staff. Supplemental contracts cover positions such as coaches, class advisors, night shift for Youth Camp teachers and extra duties like technology director and vocational director.

As a final order of business, the board approved a contract with DBC for seal coating of the parking lot and repairs to the bus loop, not to exceed $15,500.
