Hunter education classes to start

Hunter education classes will be held August 26 through September 2, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the DeBriae Room at the Cathlamet Fire Department, 255 S. 2nd St.

All hunters born after January 1, 1972 must take the course in order to apply for a permit.
