Calling all detectives! On August 12 from 2-4 p.m., WSU Master Gardeners will host a program for kids (K-5 grade). Learn to identify herbs by sight and smell. Explore the garden and collect herbs to take home. Make a lavender wand, herb sachets, and make nature paint brushes.
This free class will be held in the Floral Building at the Cowlitz County Fairgrounds in Longview and is sponsored by Washington State University Extension Master Gardeners. Registration is limited to 30 youth. Register by August 7.
