Basketball team's car wash

The Wahkiakum High School girls basketball team washed cars and sold cupcakes and other goodies at their fund raiser at the Bank of the Pacific on Saturday from 11-3. "It's good for them to learn to work for what they want," said one parent, who was walking back to the event to pick up the third car she'd had them wash that day. The team had been busy, her car had been seventh in line when she dropped it off.
