Teen Challenge Center progam set for this Sunday

Leaders and residents of the Teen Challenge Center in Seattle will be sharing their life-changing stories at River of Life Assembly of God this Sunday, April 2 at 6 p.m.

The Teen Challenge Seattle Metro Men's Center is a non-profit faith-based program for men who are 18 years or older, whose lives have been broken by life-controlling problems. The center helps them address personal issues that can include drugs, alcohol, gang activity, destructive behavior or other negative life styles. Through a combination of residential care, crisis intervention and personal development through a relationship with Christ, Teen Challenge helps provide a new foundation for their residents. The goal is to see each student reoriented with suitable housing, employment and strong church support.

Teen Challenge is an international Christian program with a 50-year history of providing assistance, supporting, and challenging people to make the right choices by turning away from their destructive life styles. It has a proven track record of providing life transforming programs which have been tested over time.

Teen Challenge does not receive federal or state funding, but is locally supported and entirely dependent upon free will gifts, contributions, work programs, fundraisers, and Teen Challenge Thrift Store sales.

Pastor Mark Phillips invites everyone to attend this Sunday. Call River of Life for more information: 360-795-3465.
