Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
On April 1 from 2-4 p.m., WSU Master Gardeners will host a program for kids (K-5 grade). As spring begins, it breaths in new life to plants and gardens. Youth will participate in hands on activities that include finding out about honey bees and learning to attract birds to a yard. The class will be held in the Floral Building at the Cowlitz County Fairgrounds in Longview and is sponsored by Washington State University Extension Master Gardeners. Cost is $5.00 and registration is limited to 30 youth. Registration deadline is March 28.
