Local church to hold study sessions beginning March 5

On Sunday, March 5 at 11:30 a.m., St. James Episcopal Church will host a study of the Dead Sea Scrolls, considered to be one of the most important archaeological discoveries of the 20th century, maybe of all time, containing documents that include all of the Old Testament, except the Book of Esther.

The public is invited to attend the free sessions, facilitated by Gerry Brennan, using videos and other resources.

The first and subsequent sessions will be held at the church, 1134 Columbia St., Cathlamet.
