The official statement by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on the Presidential Executive Order currently in the news related to a travel ban is available for anyone to read.

Reading it yourself is much better than listening to news people explaining in 30 seconds what it says. On page 22 of the document the judges appear to say that the current administration is untrustworthy; wow!
