Seattle residents Brandon Simmons, left, and Jacob Nelson, right, journeyed to St. Paul, Minn., to be married on Sept. 3. Brandon is the son of Helen Martin and Butch Simmons of St. Paul, and is an actor, writer, director, and producer in Seattle theater. Jacob is the son of Rick and Mary Ann Nelson of Cathlamet and is employed in the Microsoft. Corp. research department.
