WHS alum graduates from Pacific University

Ashley N. Silva, a 2012 Wahkiakum High School graduate will graduate from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR with her Bachelors of Science in Vision Science. The graduation ceremony will be held on May 21 in Forest Grove. After graduation, Ashley will continue her optometric education at Pacific University College of Optometry. She will also travel to Tanzania on an Amigo's outreach trip with Pacific University in December to provide eye care to the people of Tanzania. She is the daughter of Tony and Marlena Silva of Cathlamet.
