Ferry closed for ramp upgrades

Puget Island-Westport ferry service is closed until 5 a.m. April 30 to complete ramp upgrades. The Island ramp wasn't designed to mesh with the new ferry, the "Oscar B;" it was built when the "Wahkiakum" was in service.
