Community Home Health & Hospice thanks volunteers

April 10-16 is volunteer appreciation week. Community Home Health & Hospice (Community) thanks volunteers everywhere who give the gift of their time and talent.

Volunteers are extremely valuable members of Community’s team. In 2015, 220 volunteers provided more than 21,000 service hours to the agency. Volunteers serve on Community’s boards and committees. They are also instrumental in supporting hospice patient care and pet assistance, bereavement, fundraising, Hospice Thrift Shop, office assistance, maintenance and IT departments.
