The public is invited to a bi-partisan, Suffragette Tea on Sunday, April 3, 2-4 p.m. at the Elks Club, 900 Ash street in Kelso. This will be a celebration of the women that won the right for women to vote, and the men that supported the effort.
Suffragettes In Springtime is the theme. Catering will be provided by AMALAK. There will be a silent auction and door prize and entertainment, along with a fashion show of vintage tea dresses.
