Other events are planned at the schools.
In the middle school, students will place coins in jars representing teachers, and the teacher whose jar earns the most money will undertake a challenge, such as a pie in the face.
There will also be a jar full of candy; students will enter guesses on how many pieces are inside, and the closest guess will win the contents.
In the high school, Key Club will sell root beer floats on March 17.
They'll also have jars representing teachers to collect money, and the teacher earning the most will go to jail. Key Club members will build a jail, and the teacher will spend the day inside, with classes getting the day off.
