Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891
The Lady Mules placed fourth in district after losing to Adna on Saturday 32-55.
A late game the day before may have been a contributing factor, but Adna defense kept a key Wahkiakum player quiet as well.
The Pirates held Peyton Souvenir to five points, three of which were from the free throw line. Souvenir was only able to get off four shots in four quarters. Souvenir averages 18 points per game.
Souvenir still managed to pull down eight rebounds and had three assists and one block. Macie Elliott had 11 points and five rebounds. Maddy Mace scored 10 points as well. Savannah Burdick, Sydney Hansen and Charlie Ashe added two points apiece. Ellie Leitz had six rebounds and Grace Peacock had five.
