Donna Buck, of Puget Island, went before a jury on Monday, November 16, 2015 to face charges for bail jumping on a felony. When conflicting information about the time she was to turn herself in came to light, the defense and prosecutor agreed to lower the charge to bail jumping on a misdemeanor. The jury was dismissed and Buck pleaded guilty to the lesser charge, for which she will be required to serve 90 days, in addition to her earlier sentence of 90 days.
Buck was convicted of theft in the first degree and theft in the second degree on August 17, 2015, and required to turn herself in on September 30, 2015. When she did not appear, deputies went to her home and took her into custody.

Katherine Ford, who has no permanent address, pled guilty to residential burglary, a class B felony. A second count, the theft of a firearm, was dismissed. She was sentenced to serve 30 days and pay restitution, which has yet to be determined. Two no contact orders were issued.
Trial dates were set for Ronald Seaberg of Rainier, Ore. Seaberg has been charged with two counts, harassment with a threat to kill and assault in the fourth degree. Bail was set at $5,000, which he has since posted. Two no contact orders were issued. The first charge comes with a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a fine of $10,000. The maximum sentence for the second charge is 364 days and a $5,000 fine.
Roy Fest of Cathlamet, was arraigned on three counts, assault in the second degree, assault in the fourth degree and resisting arrest. A domestic violence no contact order was issued and trial dates were set.
