4-H state fair results announced

Wahkiakum County 4-H members qualifying and sending entries, participating in contests and showing their project animals brought home impressive results from the Washington State 4-H Fair held in Puyallup.

Abigail Moten: Food Preservation-4 Blue; Rabbit- Blue in type, Best in Variety and Red in Fitting and Showing.

Dalton Bruntmyer: Food Preservation-2 Blue, 1 Red.

Damaris Blalock: Creative Arts-1 Blue, 1 Red; Knitting-1 White.

Grace Hunt: Clothing-1 Red; Photography-1 Red; Fashion Revue-Blue and Award of Special Merit.

Haley Depoe: Creative Arts-4 Blue, Award of Special Merit, Clothing-2 Red, Food Preservation-5 Blue, 3 Red and Award of Special Merit.

Lindsay Hunt: Clothing-1 Red, Creative Arts-1 Blue, Fashion Revue-Blue, Award of Special Merit and return for Fashion Revue finals.

Lydia Blalock: Creative Arts-1 Blue, 1 Red, Knitting-1 Blue, 1 White.

Makayla Matthews: Food Preservation- 2 Blue, 3 Red.

Shelby McEneny: Clothing-1 Blue, 1 Red, Food Preservation-1 Blue, Ball Award, Fashion Revue-Blue, Award of Special Merit and return to Fashion Revue finals.
