Donna Buck, who had been convicted of theft in the first degree and theft in the third degree was ordered to report to jail to begin her 90 day sentence on September 30. On Wednesday, Buck left a personal note, along with a note from the Family Health Center. According to the probable cause statement, the note from the health center did not in any way advise that Buck could not report for jail. Officers went to her home and she was taken into custody and charged with bail jumping. She is scheduled for pre-trial on November 2, 2015 and trial on November 24, 2015.

Bail jumping can come with a maximum sentence of five years and/or a $10,000 fine.

State vs. Mark Landreth: The defendant pled guilty to residential burglary and theft in the third degree. He was sentenced to five months in jail and ordered to pay restitution totaling $3,284.00.

State vs. Calvin Nguyen: The defendant pled guilty to criminal trespass in the first degree and theft in the third degree. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

State vs. John Thomas Nash: The defendant pled guilty to burglary in the second degree, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 43 months in jail and must pay restitution totaling $1,180.60.

State vs. Jason Bennett: The defendant pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance—amphetamine. he was sentenced to 12 months and one day.
