Columbia Theatre asking for donors

Thanks to a matching grant through the Wollenberg Foundation, all new and stretch gifts to the Friends of the Theatre will be matched dollar for dollar. They are within $395 of their goal. The deadline is August 31.

They are asking citizens to consider becoming a Friend of the Theatre with a gift to the Columbia Theatre.

Gifts to the Columbia Theatre ensure:

· Longview's historic landmark is preserved.

· Arts education and outreach programs are possible.

· The continued enrichment of the cultural lives of the communities of the Lower Columbia region.

· Life-long memories are created through the arts.
