Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

Artists thanked for efforts

To The Eagle:

A variety of our community signs have received some much needed TLC and a few fresh coats of paint. I’d like to personally thank Ms. Kim Sharp and others for recognizing the sign refurbishments on Puget Island and throughout Cathlamet. These wonderful signs were spruced up through a partnership with the Wahkiakum Chamber of Commerce and the talented efforts of local artists at the Tsuga Gallery.

Through continued efforts, teamwork, and unity, all of us can continue to grow and improve Cathlamet and Wahkiakum County for future generations. Thank you, again, to Tsuga Gallery for your ideas and your willingness to serve.

Shannon Gildea

Director, Wahkiakum Chamber of Commerce
