Learn how to extend the gardening season

On May 12 at 6 p.m., Jon Griffin, Washington State University Master Gardener, will talk about harvesting a garden and extending the growing season through the fall. He will discuss extending the garden season, seed saving, cover crops, composting, and winter gardening. Learn how to continue raising vegetables throughout the fall.

Classes will be held from 6-8 p.m., at the Cowlitz Training Center, 1942 First Avenue, Longview. The cost will be $10 (all family members).
