Roland (Rolly) Armstrong

The Celebration of Life service for Rolly Armstrong has changed locations. It will be held at Wendt Elementary School on Saturday, January 17 at 1 p.m.

Attendees are asked to bring any memories of Rolly to share.

Rolly died November 29, 2014 and his full obituary was published December 18, 2014.

Dowling Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
