Christmas concert and home tour set for December 7

The Finnish American Folk Festival Committee will hold their annual Traditional Christmas Concert and Home Tour at the Deep River Historical Church.

This Sunday, December 7th, at 1:30 p.m., the Deep River Lutheran Church will host the Finnish-American Choir directed by Cliff Weimer. The program will include Christmas caroling and Wilho Saari and his family will entertain with the Finnish instruments called Kanteles, directly after the Home Tour.

Then from 4 to 6 p.m., there will be a soup supper at the Naselle Lutheran Church taking donations with all proceeds going to the upkeep of the Deep River Church.
