The Ladies of the Lake Quilt Guild will hold their annual quilt show “Quilts for All Seasons” October 3 and 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Youth and Family LINK building located at 907 Douglas Avenue in Longview.
This year’s featured quilter is Betty Davis, who won Grand Champion at the 2014 Cowlitz County Fair with her hand quilted needle turn applique quilt “Woodland Creatures.” She will be demonstrating Redwork and different hand quilting techniques at her booth this year. She is ready to answer any hand or machine quilting questions that attendees may have.
There will be a $5 admission charge which includes all of the demonstrations, door prizes, raffle quilts and vendors.

Friday, 10-10:45 a.m. - Embellishing Your Quilt Blocks by Teri Selby;
11-11:45 a.m. - Disappearing Hourglass Block by Carol Bunyard;
12-12:45 p.m. - Less Than Traditional Quilting by Lenore Meyers;
1-1:45 p.m. Felt Applique by Suzanne Cosmo;
2-2:45 p.m. - Needle Turn Applique by Janet Pontious;
3-3:45 p.m. Stack & Whack by Karen Eastwood.
Saturday, 10-10:45 a.m. Paper Piecing using the Freezer Paper Method by Jane Reed;
11-11:45 a.m. - McTavishing using your Domestic Machine by Jane Reed;
12-12:45 p.m. - Sashiko by Bonnie Sethre;
1-1:45 p.m. - Hand Piecing by Sue Rothfus;
2-2:45 p.m. Less Than Traditional Quilting by Lenore Meyers;
3-3:45 p.m. - Flange Binding by Polly Gibson.
