Did you know that the Longview Goodwill Work Opportunity Center has free job skills training opportunities for Wahkiakum residents?

In 45 days you can earn three nationally recognized certifications for Custodial Skills training. In seven weeks you can earn Warehouse Forklift certification along with nationally recognized Warehouse and Logistics certifications. Do you need to know more about computers? Our computer training can be done on your time!

If you like working with your hands outdoors, in three months you can gain work experience to help build your resume by helping others build their homes, wheel chair ramps and other construction projects along with earning Flagger, Forklift, OSHA 30 and First Aid/ CPR.

We are also partnering with WorkSource to bring work readiness workshops to your Community Center! Stay tuned for more to come.
