Reminder from cemetery district

Cemetery District #1 issued a reminder this week to the public concerning pets and decorations.

No pets are allowed in the cemetery.

The cemetery district will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles, including vases, markers, name bars, etc.

A previous policy is still in effect concerning articles placed at the cemetery. Flowers and decorations must be removed 10 days after placement, and they ask that items not be placed around head stones and markers, as they impede the mowing process.
