World Wide Knitting set for Farmers Market

Wahkiakum County will celebrate World Wide Knit in Public Day on June 20, 3-6 p.m., at the Puget Island Farmers Market, 59 W Birnie Slough Road.

Knitters are invited to bring needles and yarn for a fun gathering.

World Wide Knitting is Public was started in 2005 to share the passion for knitting with local communities. There are now hundreds of events all over the world.
