Knappton Cove Heritage Center plans May 24 open house

The historic U.S. Quarantine Station at Knappton Cove will hold an open house on May 24, 1-4 p.m.

On the program is "Jane barnes & the mystery of Todd’s Bay at 1:30 p.m.

Visitors may also stroll the grounds and view updated museum displays.

The station is found three miles upriver from Washington side of Astoria/Megler bridge. The museum will be open summer Saturdays from 1-4 p.m. or by appointment (503-738-5206).
