PUBLIC NOTICE

RCW 35.27.300 requires all Washington Towns to publish Ordinances in their newspapers of record. Through an oversight, the Town of Cathlamet failed to publish the following Ordinances in the Wahkiakum County Eagle as required:

Ordinance No. 558-13; Providing for Controls on the placement of signs, bills, placards or banners on property owned by the Town of Cathlamet passed third and final reading on 1/22/14.

Ordinance No. 564-13; Adjusting Revenues and Expenditures for the Town of Cathlamet 2013 Budget passed first and final reading on 12/16/13.

Ordinance No. 568-13; Providing for Industrial Sewage Discharge Permits, chemical limits and compliance passed third and final reading on 12/16/13.

Ordinance No. 569-13; Establishing Water and Sewer Connection Fees for new construction by reinstating previous rates effective Jan. 1, 2015 passed third and final reading on 12/16/13.

Ordinance No. 570-13; Increasing the Water Supplemental Volume Charge passed third and final reading on 12/16/13.

Full content of the ordinances are available at the Town of Cathlamet Town Hall at 102 Main St., Suite 203. The Town regrets any inconvenience that may have arisen from the delay in publishing these Ordinances.
